Welcome To The Research Development Centre

The Research and Development Centre is the place to come for Research Governance Approval for anyone who wishes to undertake research involving patients, staff, equipment or premises in NHS Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham or Southwark. We are funded by the NIHR through the host organisation for South London CLRN, Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.

Organisational Capability Statement

In December 2010 the Department of Health issued guidance for all research active trusts to provide a Research Capability Statement to approve research studies.
